湘江创智园预计年内建成投用

位于湖南湘江新区的湘江创智园总用地面积约105亩，总建筑面积约19万平方米，旨在打造科创空间与景观绿谷无界共享的高品质科创孵化平台、紧密链接高校的“长沙最美科创园区”。

Xiangjiang Innovative and Intelligent Park is located in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, with a total land area of about 105 mu and a total construction area of about 190,000 square meters. It aims to create a high-quality incubation platform for science and innovation space and green landscape, and a "most beautiful science and innovation park in Changsha" closely linked to universities.

目前，园区光伏储能系统、智慧园区系统等绿色数字化相关工作正在全速推进，商业综合体正在进行基坑和地下室施工，预计今年完成主体施工，年底有望实现项目整体完工并投入使用。

At present, the photovoltaic energy storage system, smart system and other green digitalization related work is advancing at full speed, and the commercial complex is undergoing foundation and basement construction, and the main construction is expected to be completed this year. By the end of the year, the park is expected to achieve the overall completion.
