“欢喜烧麦”创始人邹冉冉:回长沙创业有一种“归属感、踏实感”

2018年,长沙人邹冉冉结束了国际商务谈判的工作,回到家乡创业。

“老长沙人爱吃猪油渣烧麦,明明可以做得很好,为何却没有专门卖烧麦的店铺?”怀揣着对中式面点的偏爱,邹冉冉专门拜师湘点大师何华山,并于2020年在湘江世纪城开出了第一家“欢喜烧麦”。

With a preference for Chinese pastries, Zou was apprenticed to Hunan pastry master He Huashan and opened the first Happy Siumaishopselling Shaomai in the residential area named Xiangjiang Century Townin 2020.

如今,欢喜烧麦在全国已拥有近百家门店,仅有20平方米的店铺也曾创下过单日破万元的销售额。2022年,在长沙举行的新消费城市峰会中,欢喜烧麦获评“新消费星锐品牌”。

Nowadays, there are about a hundred Happy Siumai shopsnationwide, among which a store of only 20 square meters has achieved daily sales exceeding 10,000 yuan. In 2022, at the China (Changsha) New Consumption Cities Summit, Happy Siumai was awarded as the New Consumption Brandstar .

邹冉冉庆幸自己选择的是长沙。“有一种归属感、踏实感,长沙一直是我的理想之城。”
