18日,马王堆汉墓考古发掘50周年国际学术研讨会在湖南长沙召开,集中发布一批马王堆汉墓文物研究与利用的阶段性成果。

On August 18, the International Academic Symposium on the 50th Anniversary of the Archaeological Excavation of the Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tombs was held in Changsha city, Hunan province, releasing a batch of phased achievements in the research and utilization of cultural relics from the Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tombs.

1972年至1974年间完成考古发掘的长沙马王堆汉墓,是20世纪中国乃至世界最重大的考古发现之一。马王堆汉墓出土文物包括漆木器、纺织品、简帛三大主要门类,共整理出26937件文物。在1017件漆木器中869件保存完整,这是各地发现汉代漆器中数量最多、保存最好的一批。

The Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tombs in Changsha, which were excavated between 1972 and 1974, are among the most significant archaeological discoveries in China and even the world in the 20th century. The unearthed cultural relics from the tombs include three main categories: utensils in lacquered wood, textiles, and bamboo slips, with a total of 26,937 cultural relics sorted out. Out of 1,017 lacquered wooden utensils, 869 are well preserved, making them the largest and best preserved batch among Han Dynasty lacquerware discovered in various regions.

在湖南博物院复原展示的辛追夫人家的“客厅”里,来自2000多年前的西汉云纹漆凭几依然光亮如新,向我们展示着古人的生活智慧,让我们可以一窥西汉时期的生活。

In Mrs. Xin Zhui's living room, which has been restored and displayed at the Hunan Museum, the cloud-patterned lacquer desk of the Western Han Dynasty from over 2,000 years ago still shines brightly, showing us the wisdom of ancient people and giving a glimpse into life in the Western Han Dynasty.
