这个95后青年让铁皮石斛“点石成金”

生于长沙、长于长沙的潘灏东，2016年大学毕业后选择扎根湘西，成立了湖南凤凰兰科中药材股份有限公司，带领当地老百姓打造了3000余亩的铁皮石斛、白芨等中药材仿野生栽培基地，以进一步探索民族药物资源，推动边远地区发展。

Pan Haodong, born and raised in Changsha, chose to settle in western Hunan after graduating from university in 2016 and established Hunan Fenghuang Lanke Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. He led the local people to build simulated wild cultivation bases of more than 3000 mu for traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as Dendrobium officinal and Bletilla Striata, in order to further explore ethnic medicine resources and boost the development of remote areas.

在科技创新的赋能下，潘灏东将铁皮石斛做成了不同形状的产品，还与日常食品进行有机融合，推出铁皮石斛酒等产品，打入高端消费市场，带动湘西州3000余农户脱贫增收，使传统农业焕发新活力。

Empowered by technological innovation, Pan has transformed Dendrobium officinal into various products and organically integrated them with daily food, and launched products such as Dendrobium officinal liquor to enter the high-end consumer market, which helped over 3000 farmers in West Hunan lift themselves out of poverty and increase their income,  revitalizing traditional agriculture.
