Wow! It is Vincent, a participant of the 7th China-Africa People's Forum and the 7th China-Africa Young Leaders Forum. 

The young man from Uganda is performing alongside a shadow puppetry inheritor.

In order to enhance mutual learning between the Chinese and African cultures, the host of this forum has arranged 31 intangible cultural heritage projects to be exhibited at site. Chinese culture has gained a following among African friends.
